Caesar Palace stands in the centre of Sunny Beach, twenty metres from the water. The beach, the shops and the resort's restaurants and bars are all a short walk from the door — guests tell us this is the best thing about staying here, and we agree.

The hotel has 140 rooms, an outdoor pool with a separate children's section, a Relax Zone with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and hammam, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace above the pool. Comfortable, well placed and honestly priced.

Double rooms on the sea-facing side, each with its own terrace. From the upper floors the view runs the length of the bay to the headland — it is the best thing about the room and worth asking for. Before you book

How far is the beach?

Twenty metres. The hotel is in the centre of Sunny Beach and the sand is a one to two minute walk from the door. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the public beach are paid separately; the loungers and umbrellas around the hotel pool are included.

What does all-inclusive include?

Meals begin with an afternoon snack on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure, served as a seven-day rotating buffet in the Classic Restaurant Caesar. The price also covers the outdoor pool and the children’s pool, a sun lounger and umbrella at the pools, and internet at reception and the pool area.

Do the sea-view rooms really have a sea view?

From the upper floors, yes — the view runs the length of the bay to the headland. On the lower floors neighbouring buildings stand between the hotel and the water. If the view matters to you, ask for a high floor when you book and we will do our best to arrange it.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 11:00. Guests leaving early or arriving late receive a packed meal: a cold sandwich, a dry dessert, fruit and at least 330 ml of water.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Changes and cancellations are free up to 7 days before your check-in date. After that a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit applies. Refunds are processed within 30 days, to the card or account the payment came from.

How much do I pay when booking?

A deposit of 30% of the total confirms the booking. The balance is paid at the hotel on arrival. Booking through this website also takes 5% off the total.

Is there parking?

Yes, subject to availability, and charged separately. A safe, laundry and a 100-seat conference room are also available for a fee.

Was this hotel called something else before?

Yes. The hotel was named Hotel Colosseum until 2025, when it was renamed Hotel Caesar Palace. It is the same building, the same location and the same management — only the name changed.
